I am a neurosurgery resident in full training mode. I am also a much better surgeon than I am a writer. But, if you want to make a name for yourself, you have to be able to express your ideas clearly and convincingly. More than anything, this blog is a opportunity to practice and refine my writing skills. If it also happens to be informative to someone else, so much the better.
